Nominations close for Trust Horizon (formerly Eastern Bay Energy Trust) Election of Trustees

Nominations closed at 12 noon on Friday 13 August 2021, for the Trust Horizon (formerly Eastern Bay Energy Trust) Election of Trustees.

Elections are being held for two positions on the Trust on Friday 1 October 2021.

Those nominated are:

            BOYES, Yvonne                                             STEVENS, Warren

            BULLEY, David                                               WHITAKER, Malcolm

            HOLOWACZ, Eric Vaughn                          WHITE, Terry

            RICE, Peter

Voting documents will be delivered from Friday 10 September 2021 to electricity consumers in the Whakatāne District Council/Kaingaroa Village area.

Any consumer who believes that they are eligible to vote but who hasn’t received a voting document by Thursday 16 September 2021 is advised to contact the Electoral Office, phone 0800 922 822.

Voting can be completed online, or completed voting documents can be returned by post, or hand delivered during normal business hours (9.00am-3.30pm, Monday to Thursday) to the Trust Horizon office at 5 Richardson Street, Whakatāne from Monday 13 September 2021 to Thursday 30 September 2021, and between 9.00am and 12 noon on Friday 1 October 2021.
