4 Nominations for Whakatane/Kaingaroa Districts

Notice is given that the following persons have been duly nominated as candidates for the office of trustee for the two vacancies on the Eastern Bay Energy Trust (Whakatāne District Council/Kaingaroa Village area):

• BULLEY, David

• CASEY, Ged

• MILNE, Aaron

• PULLAR, John

As there are more candidates than there are vacancies to be filled, an election by postal vote, under the first past the post electoral system, will be held between the listed candidates on Monday 2 October 2017.

ISSUE OF VOTING DOCUMENTS

Voting documents will be posted to all eligible electricity consumers within the Whakatāne District Council/Kaingaroa Village area from Monday 11 September 2017.

RETURN OF VOTING DOCUMENTS

Voting documents must be returned no later than 12 noon, Monday 2 October 2017 to the electoral officer, Eastern Bay Energy Trust.

A polling place will be open during normal business hours at the Eastern Bay Energy Trust office, 5 Richardson Street, Whakatāne from Monday 11 September 2017 to 12 noon, Monday 2 October 2017.
